By using emsensa.com and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who we are

emsensa.com is the online shop of EMSENSA STUDIO S.R.L., with its registered office in Florești, jud. Cluj, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2026046392008 (EUID ROONRC.J2026046392008), tax identification number (CUI) 55304910. Contact: contact@emsensa.com, +40 756 122 515. We reserve the right to update these terms; the version in force is the one published on the website.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in RON. Prices are final: the company is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. An order is considered confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing or stock errors.

3. Payment

You can pay online by card, securely through Stripe, or cash on delivery, directly to the courier.

4. Delivery and returns

We sell and deliver in Romania and in the other European Union member states. Delivery and return conditions are set out on the Delivery & returns page.

5. Intellectual property

All texts, images and design on this website belong to EMSENSA and may not be used without our consent.
