The mugs are made by hand and go through two firings, so they need time. We set the timeframe in the proposal, based on quantity and message. For events and Christmas gifts, write to us early.
The price depends on the quantity, the version and the message. You receive a written proposal before any decision, with no obligation.
Yes. We start from what you want people to feel and suggest wording: from the EMSENSA collection or written for you, in the tone of your venue, event or team.
Yes. A personalised message is first checked on a sample piece, and the batch starts once you approve it.
Yes: stoneware fired at 1,200°C, with the message set by a second firing. If you use a commercial dishwasher, mention it in your request and we’ll test it together on a sample piece.

The mugs are carefully packed for shipping. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it free of charge. For venues we can also discuss spare pieces.
Yes, we issue a company invoice (EMSENSA STUDIO S.R.L.). The company is not registered for VAT, so the price in the proposal is the final price.
